Hidden in the beautiful California forest, this cozy rental is an ideal haven for a serene escape to spend quality time with loved ones while still being close to the main hub of Idyllwild. With two welcoming bedrooms, all four guests can rest well each night. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the second houses two twin-size beds (great for kids or solo travelers in the group). The single bathroom in the home has a tub/shower combo, which makes it easy to take a quick shower or enjoy a nice bubble bath after a long day of hiking. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and major appliances, ensuring you feel at home and comfortable during your stay. The counter bar is perfect for a quick snack or breakfast before a long day of hiking and can also be used to serve dinner buffet-style for the group. For a more traditional sit-down dinner, the dining table can accommodate up to 6 guests. Alternatively, you can enjoy your meal on the deck, surrounded by forest scenery.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

-Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
