Nestled in the tranquility of Boulder Bay, Lark’s Nest is a luxurious escape featuring 80s and 90s Nintendo & Atari games, pinball machines, three large decks, a fire pit, and a spa. The designer home boasts custom artwork, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern amenities. The living room offers a cozy ambiance with a Smart TV and electric fireplace. The sleek kitchen includes a Bruvi coffee/espresso maker, waffle maker, and air fryer. The three bedrooms are furnished with top-quality linens and bedding for a restful sleep. The game room has over 2000 video games, pinball machines, and a state-of-the-art home theater. The outdoor space includes a hot tub, griddle, fire pit, and outdoor games. Enjoy the entire house exclusively for your stay. Feel free to unwind and make yourself at home.

-This vacation rental is equipped with an A/C split oversized unit and is only located in the loft. This setup allows the loft and the main level to cool down to around 70F. The lower level with windows closed never gets hot, but since hot air rises it would be taken care of by the mini split.
- Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.
- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.
-Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).
- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.
- Confirmation: New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
-Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
