Founded in 2004 by Monica Larrabee, New Spirit was born out of passion to create an experience where people can escape a sometimes chaotic daily life and reconnect with what matters most. With over 35 years of accredited excellence in the So Calif real estate industry, Monica envisioned a company that would elevate the vacation rental experience for both homeowners and guests alike.

• Linen Service: Just like the World’s Finest Hotels, every New Spirit Vacation home has fresh and professionally laundered sheets and linens. Our housekeeping professionals will have fresh linens on each bed, in each bath, and in the kitchen when you arrive. Additional housekeeping and linen services are available upon request. SPECIAL EVENTS AND VENUES

New Spirit Vacation Homes’ properties are located in some of the most unique settings with a variety of exceptional events throughout the year. Wherever our guests plan on staying whether it is the mountains, the desert, or the beach, New Spirit Vacation Homes has the perfect home with all of the amenities and activities guests desire.

Idyllwild begins its year with its well-known Art and Wine Walk, Great Pumpkin Parade and Carnival, and Haunted Ghost Town. In the winter, guests can visit the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and, during the summer the world famous Idyllwild Jazz Festival.

Lake Arrowhead is abuzz all year as well starting with Oktoberfest and Ghost Village. The Rim of the World Performing Arts Center continually presents exceptional plays such as the Nutcracker during the Holidays. During the warmer months there are many activities out on the lake such as boat races and the annual Brew Fest during August. Just 25 miles up the road, guests can also enjoy all the entertainment of Big Bear Lake. Big Bear offers skiing, boating, fishing, horseback riding, and even has a Zoo!

Temecula is a plethora of activity from fine dining, shopping, wine tasting, and the brilliant Pechanga Resort and Casino. Temecula has an annual Hot Rod Run, Wine and Balloon Festival, Lake Skinner, Lake Vail, Professional Golf Courses, Jazz Festivals, concert venues, and 33 wineries. Temecula is an hour drive from Idyllwild or an hour and a half drive from San Diego.
