First of all we picked this place because two of my friends has both been there last year, and when i got there, i really understand why they recommended this place:<br/>1. Super privacy with breathtaking views. <br/>2. Outdoor Jacuzzi with stars allover the sky.<br/>3. Outdoor BBQ with big patio.<br/>4. Huge Private parking lot.<br/>5. Comfortable rooms with bright natural sunlight. <br/><br/>There are more and more to talk about this place as it truly make us feel like a GETAWAY trip. We will for sure be back soon!

The place is easy to access, clean, has everything, the office staff is helpful and respectful: from the moment they assisted with my reservation to the check out.<br/>We rented this property back in December 2020, I just reserved it for December 2021 ( We are going back baby!!)<br/><br/>

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lily Rock. The cabin is beautiful and the views are stunning.

We stayed at the Lily Rock Lodge for two nights, and it was everything we wanted and more. Perfect location, but close enough to town to get anything we'd need. The hot tub and pool table were wonderful additions. The layout is unconventional, but it worked for us. Very easy check in/ check out process, and the management was quick to respond to any questions. Stay here!

This cabin was very comfortable, it had everything we needed. The views are beautiful, and it's close to town without being to close. We will be using this rental again in the future.

Great, eclectic rental with lots of outdoor space. The staff at New Spirit was helpful and cheery!

We could have just sat on the patio the entire time. Washing dishes was a pleasure because you could just stare out the window. The entire wall was windows so, wether you were outside or inside you see all the mountains and trees.

I had a good experience. The place was clean and had what we needed.

The cabin was quiet, relaxing, and had everything that we needed for a short getaway. I loved that this property was back away from the street. My kids and dogs loved exploring around the property and my dogs loved the fenced yard. We were able to relax in the spa and had everything that we could possibly need provided by the cabin- including beach towels! Every single person that I spoke with between the booking, check-in, and check-out process was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming.

We had a wonderful time at Sky Rock Lodge. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of linens. We were in town to visit family in nearby Indian Wells.Condo was very clean and well laid out and furnished. As it was end of April things were quiet in the transition from winter to summer heat. Pool was just across the very lightly traveled road and well maintained as was the whole property and the rental itself. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Our family consisting of 6 adults, 1 2-month-old child and 3 dogs had a great weekend in Idyllwild this last weekend. We stayed at the 3 Gazing Stars home and it was perfect. Great views and close to town. Couldn't ask anything better.

We loved three gazing stars because we could walk to town . The driveway was not too steep so we were able to walk up and down without problems. Looking forward to go back

The home was even better than advertised. Charming home with great perks. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We wanted a safe social distancing vacation and found the peace and family time we were looking for in thus delightful cabin. Even the older kids fell in love. Everyone had their own room and bed and the main room with gorgeous views was perfect for game nights.

Overall, I would describe our stay at the Lilac House as magical. The home has a cabin in the woods rustic feel that made us feel that we were alone in the woods despite being in the middle of a neighborhood. We spent mornings with Campfyre Coffee on the deck and evenings in the hot-tub watching the stars. My only complaints were the lack of curtains on the front windows, and some windows didn't open or needed to be propped to stay open but, added to the rustic charm.

We had a great stay! The house is well kept and clean and spacious. There was a foot of snow on the ground when we arrived and it made for a perfect vacation.

The house was unique, big and very clean. Great location and 1/2 mile walk to town in the snow was fun!

The place was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our time, easy walk to town and all the restaurants and activities we wanted to do. Very relaxing and private. Never got internet, which according to the property manager is common in Idyllwild. So, I wouldn't come here if you needed to get work done. But for a relaxing, no tech trip, it was wonderful!

This dairy barn cottage is so cute. It's surrounded on three sides with fencing. I'd recommend if you have a dog, and it doesn't trustworthy in terms of staying within the yard...there are some places he/she might slip out(husky!!)<br/>I think one needs to check if they've put more secure fencing on the one side.<br/>I really,really liked the cottage! There is no oven, just a two-burner stovetop. This was not a problem. Perfect for two people!

We loved our long weekend in Idyllwild at Golden Sunshine. This is a very charming, welcoming home with everything you need for a relaxing weekend in the woods. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking great meals, the living spaces were great for playing games, watching movies and hanging out with friends. We spent some time playing games on the deck and would have loved a few more adirondack chairs for watching the sunset, but other than that we had the best time. Would recommend for couples and families looking for a spacious home in a relaxing environment with excellent views. Also, an easy 7 min drive to town for food and amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two day visit in the cool fall of Idyllwild. We were up here for a birthday celebration. The home is beautiful and located in a secluded area. The art throughout the home is just beautiful. Being a New Mexico native, I would love to know the history of the Native American dress. There was plenty of room and the hot tub birthday BBQ was a treat. I will be back.

Old cabin nestled right next to a creek. We spent most of our time looking at the creek from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking essentials but was dimly lit so it was difficult to see when cooking. The furnishings were dated with a rustic feel which gives the cabin its charm. My only complaint was the uncomfortable sofa & toilets that were very slow to flush. The cabin was a 10 min walk to town so it&#x2019;s location is perfect. <br/><br/>Management was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back again.

The back yard is right on the creek, it is beautiful, and it is probably the only place on the creek where you dont look at another place across the creek. It was PERFECT! SOOOOOOO peaceful, just a few squirels and you can open your window and hear the creek burble all night. When I go back, I WILL rent this place again.

My group of 12 ladies from our Book Club loved The Pinnacle. It met all our needs. There were many things we didn't do because we were enjoying the views, the fellowship, and the peacefulness. We were pleased all 12 of us could sit together at the long dining table rather than being split up. (We brought up 4 folding chairs) to accomplish this task. Found chairs in the garage when we arrived!

I lead a weekend Yoga retreat at the Pinnacle location. The home is so beautiful. Spectacular views and walking distance from the main village. New Spirit was accessible 24/7 and made sure our stay was comfortable and that we felt cared for. I will DEFINITELY work with this company again and have already recommended them to other facilitators.

We had a really nice stay. Monica was extremely responsive when we needed something. The views from the deck were stunning. The kids also had so much fun and we would stay here again.

Great place and very comfortable. I would like to add that the driveway is steep, the car port extremely small ( able to park a van but a real squeeze to get out) and the railroad ties are loose and uneven. Plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. I would stay here again.

Our time in the Bears Den Cabin was exceptional. Plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and flatware. We did have a you bird stuck in the fireplace when we arrived but we got him out safely.

Everything was as presented. The deck was amazing. We spent a lot of time outside, but were perfectly content to stay at the house rather than sightseeing. We were out each night shooting photos of the Milky Way perfectly framed between the trees off the deck. The house was not for people with significant disabilities, but we were very content there. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The moment you walk in you are blown away by the view. It gets even better when you walk up to the master bedroom. Definitely coming back. The house is a little old, but everything works great.

We got lost because we didnt follow staff instructions &#xD83E;&#xDD26;&#x200D;&#x2640;&#xFE0F; but after finding the home we were over the moon with this house!! Has a well stocked game room which served us well as I have children, I HARDLY SAW THEM ALL WEEKEND!!!! Talk about a VACATION &#xD83D;&#xDE0E;. The upstairs living area has a beautiful LARGE sectional and VIDEO GAMES!!! Hardly saw my husband all weekend: SCORE!!! jk, the house is well stocked and beautiful. The views were amazing, although finding it was a bit of a mission but totally worth it! One thing though, on our last day my daughter found herself face to face with a small mouse. I spoke with the management company and suggested they move the location on their trashcans as it came in through where those cans are. Overall, AWESOME HOUSE, would consider going back if the EXTRA guest isnt occupying it, ha ha ha.

This was our first time renting through New Spirit Vacation Homes, although we've stayed in Idyllwild for years now. It was easily one of the best experiences with using a local vacation rental business. They were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. I also they think they have a great selection of cabins to choose from and I can't wait to experience another one! <br/><br/>The Lazy Bear was adorable, full of special touches and vintage charm. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great. The kitchen actually had nice cookware and knives! What a surprise! We had no problem cooking all of our meals. We truly enjoyed the ambiance of the cabin between the great fireplace, comfortable furniture, and outdoor space.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! The cabin is comfortable and well-stocked. We also loved the backyard being fenced so our pup and toddler could roam around. The property is private, but it is very close to everything including the town center and the nature center. We look forward to our next stay!

If you are looking for a piece of paradise this property has it all. From stunning views to thoughtful amenities,we enjoyed our near perfect stay. The rustic decor was a welcoming blend of cabin charm with modern touches. The grounds are well kept and has a completely fenced in yard which was a huge bonus for me, as we have a service dog/s. We had a service issue during our stay and it was handled quickly and without any awkward conversation with the management company. The staff was prompt, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay beyond our expectations and will stay again in the future.

Fern Valley Cottage is a wonderful place to stay, and the management team is excellent.

This home is beautiful with everything you need. Maintained perfectly and lovingly. We really enjoyed the large fenced yard and the outdoor amenities even though it was raining aand hailing during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home and patio exceeded expectations, and the kitchen was a chef's dream with all the high-quality pots, pans, knives, pressure cooker, crockpot, and cooking utensils you could ever need. The beds were very soft with many blankets and pillows provided. A few notes:<br/>1. There are a LOT of stairs, which isn't evident in the pictures. Stairs to get to the house, stairs down to the deck, stairs down to one room, stairs up to the bathroom. <br/>2. The microwave is very small and very high. One of us couldn't reach it. <br/>3. There a lot of mosquitos on the deck, so we actually didn't use it as much as I thought we would. <br/>The coffee pot wasn't working, but they replaced that within the same day, so our coffee drinkers only missed out one morning. The blender also didn't work, but we brought our own, so we're ok. Overall, the home was beautiful and very close to town, and the management team was very responsive.
