Get place, plenty of room for everyone, everyone had a blast playing Corn hole, the cabin provides plenty of games and entertainment. Would stay agin.

This is the first time visiting Idy in the summer and I was pleasantly surprised. Less people and beautiful weather. As for The Dome! Execellent, a uniquely large and spacious propery. Great for larger groups. Although, its standard max occupancy is 10 for the main house. The separate unit/game room can accomodate an additional 7. As mentioned the property is very spacious and the views... PHENOMENAL! It also has a large sauna. The main floor master has private bathroom with Toto bidet seat and king bed which we called the "Red Room". I would consider it the primary master while the room located on the second floor would be the secondary master king without private bath but still nice. The mini split along with the swamp cooler on the main floor is great. Never really felt to warm. However, my guests in the separate unit/game room did mention it was a little warm. So a mini-split for that area would be a nice enhancement. Hot tub was also nice but a little undersized for the scale of the property. Overall, regardless its a great property and would definitely consider staying here again if feasible. Lastly not sure if this is now a standard part of their service at New Spirit but they were very attentive and prompt. They allow you to document (text) in realtime any discrepancies that may require maintenance. Note, they have two locations for parking; main driveway(steep) which I can only assume can be a challenge during the winter. However at the top it does have a parking area that can accomodate 2-3 vehicles and is good for loading and unloading. The cul-da-sac(CDS) where you can either park in the CDS or the parking slab located behind the gate which provides more direct access to the separate unit/game room. My family and friends had a very pleasant stay to end our 2026' summer getaways!

We had an amazing Labor Day weekend with Spirit Vacation Homes. The weather was perfect one day, so loud and rainy the next, just beautiful. We did have an issue with our keys and getting into the home; however the Sr Sales Associate Lidia was so helpful and patient to help us. Would definitely do business again.

Wonderful large cabin. We spent most of time on the awesome deck and in the spa. Large windows all around to see the beautiful scenery.only a mile from town, where you will find shopping, pottery painting. Movies restaurants and a decent brewery.just be sure to bring eye mask for sleeping as most of the windows do not have coverings and the sun comes up like, well, a giant fireball in the sky! Overall had a great time and are planning to return soon

The outside of this home does not convey the intense size of scope of the many levels within. A grand escape from the city and perfect for a three day weekend on the mountain

The house was perfect, private, comfortable, and clean. Everything we needed was available to us. Super close to town. Bath tub was the best ever! Beds were super comfortable. View was exactly as shown. New Spirit Vacation Homes was super responsive.

This vacation rental was perfect for our family (7 adults and 4 young children)! Big, bright, wood throughout the home. Beautiful views of the many deck levels. The only request would be that it had blinds or curtains on the multitude of windows.

The home and patio exceeded expectations, and the kitchen was a chef's dream with all the high-quality pots, pans, knives, pressure cooker, crockpot, and cooking utensils you could ever need. The beds were very soft with many blankets and pillows provided. A few notes:<br/>1. There are a LOT of stairs, which isn't evident in the pictures. Stairs to get to the house, stairs down to the deck, stairs down to one room, stairs up to the bathroom. <br/>2. The microwave is very small and very high. One of us couldn't reach it. <br/>3. There a lot of mosquitos on the deck, so we actually didn't use it as much as I thought we would. <br/>The coffee pot wasn't working, but they replaced that within the same day, so our coffee drinkers only missed out one morning. The blender also didn't work, but we brought our own, so we're ok. Overall, the home was beautiful and very close to town, and the management team was very responsive.

The overall stay was truly wonderful. The property's amenities were amazing, and a very short drive to town. When we arrived, the property was going through an emergency power outage, so we didn't have power until around 11pm the first night. The only area lacking in our stay was not having adequate supplies to move safely throughout the property without power. There were no flashlights or candles available to use, and at night, the house is pitch dark, making it challenging and unsafe to move around, especially with the multi-level floors.

This home is beautiful with everything you need. Maintained perfectly and lovingly. We really enjoyed the large fenced yard and the outdoor amenities even though it was raining aand hailing during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was exactly what we were looking for. no traffic,no sirens,just the stream running. Great location.Walked the trail along the stream.Walked to town to have driving needed.

This is my second time staying at Sunset Perch, and I wouldn&#x2019;t be surprised if we stay here again! This home is great for a small group or a couple. We loved enjoyed the view from the deck, cooking meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and relaxing in the hot tub.

This location is phenomenal if you want beautiful views and nice amenities like a hot tub and sauna. The furnishings (decorative pillows and carpet) could definitely use a refresh. The shag rugs felt dirty and outdated.

Nice and cozy- very close to the town. The hot tub was great to use after a day of hiking. Management responded very quickly!

The cabin is well appointed.clean, well stocked, comfortable beds. It was wonderful to dip in the jacuzzi beneath the pines. Can&#x2019;t wait to return!

The property was great! We had 11 people and all fit comfortably. The location, layout of the house, and amenities are exactly as described on the site. The house and surrounding land was clean and well maintained. Although the driveway is steep, it was easy to navigate; definitely recommend turning around at the top so as to make the departure easier. I appreciated the prompt response by the property manager about check in, check out, and the one time we had to call (we asked to have the trash removed as we filled the outside garbage cans before our check out date.) The town of Idyllwild itself was fantastic; there&#x2019;s a lot to do in the immediate neighborhood of the house, including hiking, shopping, fishing on Hemet Lake, enjoying the delicious restaurants (Atomic Cow and Idyllwild Pizza were our faves), and pottery painting at Earth Fire. Overall, it was a fun and relaxing vacation with extended family. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 10 friends stay here. All of the rooms are very cute, with cozy mountain cabin decor. The deck is amazing and this home is tucked on a quiet street, a short walk into town. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is perfect for big groups. The kitchen is well-stocked, there are so many decks from which to enjoy the views, and there's plenty of space in the house for everyone to spread out or come together for a meal and hang out. <br/>The hosts were responsive and asked us for feedback at the end of our stay. We didn't need to contact them for anything urgent while we were there.<br/>Short walk into town, quiet area. <br/><br/>The driveway is EXTREMELY steep, but you can also park on the street and walk up.

Rental property was as described, great for two guests and was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with untensils and dishes.<br/>Deck was perfect for enjoying the wildlife and fresh air!

Lovely vintage cottage with lots of character and charm, along with the sights and sound of a creek brook running along the backside out the back door. Drinking coffee at the breakfast table, looking at the water out the back picture window is a dream. 2nd time staying here and it won't be the last.

Fern Valley Cottage is a wonderful place to stay, and the management team is excellent.

Your house is clean have lots of room and really felt like a cabin. The backyard is large and almost completely fenced in not quite but the kids and the dogs loved the place. The beds were very comfortable. The whole family had a lot of fun and we would definitely stay here again. The yard had some slope so the sledding was a lot of fun.

In the Pines is a perfect little house for our family. 3 nice bedrooms with bunks for the kids. Easy walk to town. Very clean with a decent kitchen. Will probably stay there again.

My small family and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Fern Valley. With unusually warm weather in January, we took advantage of hanging outside each day, and my 2yo loved exploring and gathering sticks and rocks from around the property. The home itself was quaint and very clean. And it was an easy walk into town. Overall, I recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Great cabin for a family of 4 looking for some time amongst the trees!

Three couples enjoyed an early Friendsgiving in this well supplied rustic home. Several games and puzzles available, two fireplaces, newer hot tube, and quick walk to restaurants and food shopping.

Wolf Creek was the perfect spot for our needs. The property was clean with a well appointed kitchen. Safe & large dog enclosure which was shady all day. Management team very responsive for a small maintenance issue. Will stay again.

If you are looking for a piece of paradise this property has it all. From stunning views to thoughtful amenities,we enjoyed our near perfect stay. The rustic decor was a welcoming blend of cabin charm with modern touches. The grounds are well kept and has a completely fenced in yard which was a huge bonus for me, as we have a service dog/s. We had a service issue during our stay and it was handled quickly and without any awkward conversation with the management company. The staff was prompt, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay beyond our expectations and will stay again in the future.

We rented the home over the Memorial Day weekend. Check in and check out was a breeze. The house was very large, perfect for two families with a whole floor for kids. At the end of Idyllwild so very secluded, but yet 5 minutes to town by car

We encountered some problems at the onset, but they were all expeditiously addressed by New Spirit Vacation Homes, specifically Adrian. He did not have a 8-5 schedule and made it a priority to make sure our stay was problem free and pleasant. Great place to stay, I miss the sounds of Strawberry Creek already.
