"This was our first time renting through New Spirit Vacation Homes, although we've stayed in Idyllwild for years now. It was easily one of the best experiences with using a local vacation rental business. They were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. I also they think they have a great selection of cabins to choose from and I can't wait to experience another one! <br/><br/>The Lazy Bear was adorable, full of special touches and vintage charm. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great. The kitchen actually had nice cookware and knives! What a surprise! We had no problem cooking all of our meals. We truly enjoyed the ambiance of the cabin between the great fireplace, comfortable furniture, and outdoor space. "
Peace and Quiet
"We had a pleasant stay at the Lilac House. Close enough to town, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Kitchen was fully stocked for meal making and the bbq was an added bonus. The main room was very comfy and cozy for relaxing, reading or watching tv. Plenty of seating inside and out to enjoy the hone and outdoors. The snow all around was very pretty. Property management was wonderful and friendly. Very accommodating. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend. "

Wonderful woodland getaway
"Overall, I would describe our stay at the Lilac House as magical. The home has a cabin in the woods rustic feel that made us feel that we were alone in the woods despite being in the middle of a neighborhood. We spent mornings with Campfyre Coffee on the deck and evenings in the hot-tub watching the stars. My only complaints were the lack of curtains on the front windows, and some windows didn't open or needed to be propped to stay open but, added to the rustic charm. "
