Little Dairy Manor
The property is located on a historical dairy farm that was built in the late 1920s. The home has been thoughtfully decorated to both give a luxurious and appealing ambiance but at the same time maintain the integrity and history of the property as a dairy farm. The living room has a beautiful large fireplace that is perfect to snuggle up near and spend some quality time. The kitchen is very large and stocked with all the essentials one could need as well as novelty items such as a popcorn maker.
When staying at the manor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, the third bedroom has two twin beds, and a 4th bedroom has 1 twin bed, just off of the main living area. There is 1 more twin bed in the 2nd living area with access from the hall or doors to the living room/entrance. The home is very large and has many cool rooms to explore and utilize, such as a meditation room, a sun room, a closed-in patio deck, and more. The property is only a few blocks from town. Why take the car when you can take a nice scenic 5-7 minute walk amongst the tall pines. The grounds of the property are very large and there are seating areas and gardens around the home.

This vacation rental is equipped with mini split air-conditioning.
-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.
- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.
Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
