The island kitchen is top-notch, boasting a built-in microwave and double ovens, and there's a convenient half bathroom just off the kitchen in the hallway. The primary bedroom is a dream, featuring a luxurious King bed and a fully upgraded bathroom with a walk-in shower, new tile flooring, and double sinks. Heading to the next level, you'll find two fantastic bedrooms, one with a Full bed and the other with a Full bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. Both of these bedrooms have access to a Jack and Jill full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.
- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.
Parking: Free parking is available for 5 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
