Unwind with a game of Uno, watch the kids play outside, or relax in the hammock. One bedroom features a king bed, the other has a queen bed, and the living room includes a full-size pullout couch. The home includes one bathroom and a split-system heater for cozy nights. Located less than a mile from town, it boasts comfortable outdoor seating and is perfect for enjoying seasonal activities like summer concerts or winter evenings by the fire.

"Great location<br/> Shade trees and pines surround<br/>Perfect for summer getaway "
Okay for the price
"This particular rental wasn’t my favorite but it was a great price for the holiday weekend. <br/> There are power issues in the home, outlets outside that need repairing (so outdoor lighting didn’t work) & outlets in the home don’t all work. There is a grill shown in the photos I was planning to use, but there was no grill. There were twin beds in the photos that we needed, but were now a king. There is a sofa bed, but there was no bedding for it. The property allows dogs and the porch has a gate which is helpful, but be aware the yard is not fenced.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a really reasonably priced stay, then I would go for it.<br/>My three stars on the properties general condition is based on the electrical issues more than anything. The furniture was all in good condition, and my mother said that king bed was incredibly comfortable.<br/><br/>The very big plus is that New Spirit Management is incredibly helpful. They were really terrific. They brought bedding and air mattresses at the drop of a hat (on a holiday weekend!), had to make another trip for a battery for a smoke detector, & then sent an electrician to make sure we had more lighting outside.<br/>They took really good care of us and we’ll definitely be back, but most likely to different properties."
