Spend your day hiking, fishing, swimming, or exploring local attractions. In the evening, cook in the fully stocked kitchen or grill on the propane BBQ. Unwind with a game of Uno, watch the kids play outside, or relax in the hammock. Each bedroom features king-sized beds that can convert to twins, plus one bathroom and a split-system heater for cozy nights. Located less than a mile from town, the home boasts comfortable outdoor seating and is perfect for enjoying seasonal activities like summer concerts or winter evenings by the fire.

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is equipped with a mini-split system.
-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for stays booked for November, December, and January.
Pets: We do allow dogs; however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval, and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.
- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.
- Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30-4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.
Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).
- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.
- Seasonal wood delivery: There is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces) if available. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.
- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
Guests booking this home under 25 will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home.
