Welcome to Sunset Perch! This hidden gem is named after the breathtaking mountain views that surround the property. It's the perfect place for groups seeking a peaceful and private getaway with some of the most amazing views on the entire mountain!
As soon as you step inside the home, you will feel welcomed by its open and spacious floor plan. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a serene outdoor backdrop inside the home. The living room features a large peninsula-styled fireplace, and the kitchen has plenty of counter space with all the essentials you need to cook an awesome dinner. The dining area accommodates up to 8 guests.
The star feature of the home is its large and spacious deck, which boasts beautiful panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountains. There's ample outdoor seating for dining and leisure, and you can enjoy the view while you cook up some delicious food on the BBQ.

Great View
"The view was perfect. Peaceful and Quiet location. Visited by a family of squirrels during the day. Song birds in the background. The road to the house is rough, but doable. The place is dated. But if you don't mind rustic, older decor, it is comfortable. The floors were very clean, but the rugs are in bad need of cleaning. The main living room, bedroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom needs work, from the shower floor that needs fixing, and the walls way over do for a good cleaning. You can't use the new toaster oven, because the electrical system is not updated enough. We rented for the location, and was not disappointed. I also needed a location that did not have stairs and this was just what we needed. Sad that this home really is lacking a lot of needed maintenance and updated paint. If the main maintenance issue's were ever addressed, we would stay again. The Management company was very helpful and pleasant to work with. "

"Absolutely awesome stay. Wonderful deck with outstanding views. Inside, comfortable with everything well thought and working smoothly. Great heater, awesome chimney, comfy beds, flawless internet, great views from inside too, cool Jacuzzi, BBQ, games, etc. A very nice experience."
