This newly renovated cabin is bright and airy, with a captivating view of Lake Arrowhead and its surrounding area. The great room, master bedroom and decks look out onto the lake, surrounding pine forest, and golden desert off in the distance; a truly unique Southern California landscape.
Golden Lake View is an A-frame cabin with skylights, exposed beams and a wood-burning stone fireplace. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each bed has fresh cotton sheets and duvets to make your stay more comfortable. During 4th of July you can enjoy a partial view of the fireworks from the deck. The home also has various entertainment features such as a Foosball table and Microsoft Xbox.
It is a short drive to the lake, nature paths and great shopping at "The Village." The more adventurous can hike down to the lake in 20 to 30 minutes.
Experience the soothing effects of the sunlight filtering through the trees from the deck and enjoy the tranquility of the forest while you relax in this mountain escape.

Weekend rate (Friday/Saturday): $350/night - 2 night minimum
Weekday rate (Sunday through Thursday): $295/night - 2 night minimum
Holiday rate (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s): $500/night – 4 nights minimum
Holiday rate (all other national holidays): $400/night – 3 night minimum
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Linen/prep/cleaning fee: $150/stay
- Pets allowed $35 a night per pet; maximum of $250 per stay ( max not applicable for extended stays)
- 8 occupant maximum
- Minimum age to book a stay is 25
- Check-in time: 4 pm / Check-out time: 11 am - (If available a later checkout maybe accommodated. Note, may be different for holiday weekends).
- Non-smoking facility
- Rates subject to change until confirmed
- One night stays may be higher. Once one night is booked there is NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED.
- Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

ParkingThe property can accommodate a maximum of 3 on-site vehicles. Parking on the street is prohibited and in consideration of the neighbors, it is imperative that these parking regulations be adhered to.
Winter ConsiderationsLake Arrowhead receives much less snow than Running Springs or Big Bear, but it does snow - so if you book during winter months, please check weather & road conditions. It can be sunny and warm below yet snowing in the mountains. Guests are responsible for clearing snow if it snows during their stay.
The closest ski and tubing areas are in Running Springs (15 to 20 minutes away). Snow Drift Snow Tubing Park is very fun & low commitment at $10 an hour. Big Bear is about 30 minutes away and has several skiing and snow play areas.
