Great location for family!! Home is walking distance to town which makes trips to town quick and easy. Large kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials and counter space including sit down breakfast bar. Big living room with brick fireplace with efficient wood stove insert, wood paneling, beamed ceiling and bright dining area. There are two bedrooms and full bath on the main level plus two large bedrooms with charming dormer windows, bath with shower and attic storage upstairs for a total of 4 bedrooms, 1.75 baths. A large, sunny wrap-around deck is ideal for entertaining with outdoor dining and propane BBQ. Newly added Hot Tub! Large fenced in yard with plenty of room for your fur babies to run around.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

- Check-in instructions: Please check in at the main office.

Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: 001946

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home

“This was a very nice stay. The cabin was cute and clean and in a great location. We loved the yard for our pups. They has a great time. We would stay again. Only 2 things we didn't like was there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. This is the first rental I've ever stayed in where they didn't provide that. The other was the master bed downstairs was not comfortable. They have a plastic on it which makes it hard and kinda sticky. I'd recommend moving that or a new mattress, but other than that we loved the home and would stay again for sure!

“Stayed here during a stormy weather in March. The house is very spacious and relaxing, and heating was very comfortable. It was a little difficult finding the driveway after a snowstorm. The driveway is located to the right of the house (seen in picture), directly in front of the chainlink fence/gate. The key that gives you entry to the house is on the side of the house (just past the hot tub). Once you are inside you can unlock the front door and use it thereafter while you are in the home (don't forget to lock it when you leave!). Very conveniently located to town, and walkable to stores/restaurants (hat tip to Mazanitas Grill and Alpaca Brunch Cafe). The kitchen is a little dated with appliances slow to cook (we could not figure out how to operate the microwave), but easy to forget this while in spacious comfort and close by to delicious restaurants.

“My family's weekend in Ursa Manor was what we expected and then some. The cabin was clean with plenty of room for everyone. Our little furry family member was safe as the perimeter of the property was properly secured with wire mesh. The cabin's location allowed us to explore some trails as well as the quaint and charming downtown area. The only negative was the unexpected charge of $25 per night for our small dog. We were told of this charge upon our arrival to collect the keys from the manager's office. This charge should be included in the original summary of charges during the booking process so that possible renters are not surprised with unexpected fees.
